Thanks to your smartphone's GPS, Runtastic calculates your speed, distance covered, time per km, calories burned, etc. This data can be configured according to your preferences.

At the end, a summary of your training session will allow you to track your results and share them on social media.

MyFitnessPal

MyFitnessPal is a calorie counter that offers to help you lose weight. Once your goals have been set (according to your weight, height, age, etc.), the app records and indicates the number of calories you absorb daily according to the target limit.

To support you in your efforts, MyFitnessPal has a large food database that lists nutritional information for over 4 million foods.

Additionally, the app can use the step counter built into your smartphone to calculate the number of calories burned in order to deduct them from your daily allowance.

Health

Health, is a free app developed by Samsung that allows the user to experience different aspects of well-being in their daily life: physical activity, nutrition and sleep.

This fitness and health app is, of course, available for Samsung-branded phones, but also on the Play Store on most Android phones.

Quite broad, the Health application scope would suit people who want to centralize and control various criteria of their shape and health.
