  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 whole cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence

How to do it?

In a saucepan, place the rice, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla essence. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes on low heat.

Taste the rice. If it is tender, remove it from the heat. If it is not tender, let it cook for a few more minutes until it is tender.

Mix everything and let it cool. Then put it in the fridge.

Serve the rice pudding on individual plates and sprinkle ground cinnamon on each plate. If desired, you can decorate with a cinnamon stick.

Oreo Cup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g Oreo cookies
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 100ml of cream
  • 50g sugar

How to do it?

In a bowl, place the cookie filling, cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Mix everything until you get a smooth, slightly liquid cream. Set aside.

Then, using a mixer or blender, we crush the cookies until we obtain a kind of fine sand.

At the bottom of a glass, we place the first layer. We add part of the biscuit that we crushed. It should be about 1 cm thick. We press it a little so that it takes consistency.

Next, add the reserved cream. Add the amount to taste, you can make it thicker or thinner, leaving some space on top to add a little more biscuit.

Ingredients

  • Half a liter of cream
  • 6 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • 150 ml of coffee prepared with instant coffee or black espresso coffee
  • Between 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)

How to do it?

We hydrate the gelatin sheets in a little cold water. Prepare the coffee to taste, with instant coffee or an espresso. It can never be more than 150 ml.

Mix the cream with the sugar and coffee in the mixer. Then add the gelatin soaked in water and drained well and mix again in the mixer.

We're going to heat this whole mixture for a few minutes in the microwave so that the gelatin can take effect. After heating the mixture, mix it again with a few sticks so that everything is well integrated.

And after that, we can pour the mixture into molds. We just have to let it cool for a few hours in the fridge until it fits.
