Lhasa Apso
This harmless-looking little one measures no more than 28 centimeters, but has a strong character.
It weighs between 5.4 and 8 kilos and is a very old breed, originating from Tibet. There it was used as a guardian in palaces and monasteries.
He is not aggressive, but he has a protective instinct that leads him to be suspicious of strangers. He is on constant alert and barks a lot.
He needs to be trained and socialized from an early age, and if you want to be happy with this dog, you have to know how to impose yourself on him.
It is quite independent and matures slowly. If you want a small dog that doesn't continually run after you, the Lhasa Apso could be your ideal companion.
Their fur is very long and needs to be brushed daily to avoid tangles. Your care takes a lot of time.

Shi Tzu
This little one measures no more than 25 centimeters and its weight varies between 4 and 7 kilos. The breed was developed to be a palace dog and it is noticeable in its proud carriage. This is a playful and very sweet dog, affectionate and happy, but does not excel in obedience.
He will follow you everywhere and look for your lap. He is not a dog you can leave alone for long.
He gets along well with children and other animals. As whenever we talk about small dogs, it is imperative that your children and their friends learn to treat him gently so as not to hurt him.
