MyFitnessPal
MyFitnessPal is a calorie counter that aims to help you lose weight. Once you have set your goals (based on your weight, height, age, etc.), the app records and indicates the number of calories you consume daily according to your target limit.
To support you in your efforts, MyFitnessPal has a large food database that lists the nutritional information for over 4 million foods.
Additionally, the app can use your smartphone's built-in step counter to calculate the number of calories burned in order to deduct them from your daily quota.
Health
Health is a free application developed by Samsung that allows users to experience different aspects of well-being in their daily lives: physical activity, nutrition and sleep.
This fitness and health app is of course available for Samsung branded phones, but also on the Play Store on most Android phones.
Quite broad, the Health application scope would be suitable for people who want to centralize and control various criteria of their shape and health.
